 I am Nancy Fernandes (Founder & Owner) of my Home-based cottage food bakery Nancy's Creative CakesNbakes LLC. I am an Ex-IT professional with 10+ years of experience in IT industry but I  always had a passion for baking and cooking as a hobby although life got in the way of dedicating more time to it.

 In 2020,  I became a mother to my precious munchkin and it was also the time when COVID pandemic hit our world and got us in Lockdown situation... it's when I found more time to invest and upskill my creative skills of baking. Since then, I've worked hard in learning different cake techniques ,recipes, fondant art etc. and just overall polishing my skills as a baker. Since now it's time for me to get back to work, I decided to follow my passion instead and start my entreprenuial journey . Initially, it was just my family & friends who enjoyed my treats and  they all loved it and encouraged me to start selling. Hoping you too would enjoy the treats I got to offer. 

I  am " Servesafe Food Handler" Certified baker and in compliance with our state's cottage food law. My goal is to move into a storefront bakery one day to offer variety of delicious treats out there.
